Who We Are?

HiWAAY Information Services has been an ISP and Network Services provider in Alabama since 1995, and Vertix Networks is its latest evolution. HiWAAY’s management and engineering teams recognize the need for specialized expertise in integrating new and advanced security and Cloud technologies, and Vertix Networks is that specialized group.

Vertix Networks was created out of a need for “real people” security and technology consulting.  We have years of experience with the configuration and security of very large and enterprise networks, public networks, and delivering services over the Internet, and our team of experts can assist with any size configuration.  No network is too small or too large, and we love to work with customers to solve problems. Whether your business is “the corner store” or a “giant global conglomerate”, we have the knowledge, expertise, and relationships to solve whatever technical issue is before you.

As Security and Cloud Integrators, we take our work very seriously, but we’re not stodgy propeller-heads. (Well, maybe one of us…) Protecting and preserving your business data is what we’re all about. We’ve worked very hard to identify and partner with world-class product and services providers and we continually develop and streamline our customer service delivery model, all to make your experience better.
